The app is good, no real problems. However, the experience of buying through CarMax is not an expedient experience. Especially if you're shipping a vehicle. - The vehicle may arrive in decent time, but for some reason the title takes longer. - Once your vehicle arrives at the destination, they put it through another 125-point check, but the technicians don't work weekends - No way to speed up, or expedite the process So if you're an impatient individual, you may want to look elsewhere.

Honestly, what the heck were they thinking when they decided to "update" the app??? I literally had no complaints or problems before!! I was able to make all payments and find anything I needed, super quick and easy. But with this new app update, they make you jump through 30 hoops just to make a car payment! Very frustrating, and makes me almost want to never buy here again! :/

Awful, just absolutely awful. Even when the app recognizes it's you and are signed in, if you want to access the account to pay your bill it will force you out of the app and onto the site, defeating the purpose of using the app. From here it will require verification and text/call with a code you need to enter. This can sometimes take a while and on top of that, 90% of the time when you enter the code it will freeze up and do nothing while not allowing you access to your own account and pay.
